Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to offer opportunities or solicit for partnerships based on specified and applicable call scripts.
- Tracking customer contact list.
- Explaining the benefits of the various opportunities.
- Fixing appointments for clients to receive briefings by consultants on opportunities.
- Taking, confirming and processing payments.
- In conclusion, they provide customer service to the required standard and process all calls towards specific pre-defined commercial objectives.
Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
- Must have 0-2 years work experience.
Salary
N30,000 – N50,000 / month.
