Job Title: Support Personnel

- We are looking to hire the services of a qualified and experienced Support Personnel with apt knowledge of the Bizflow Platform and outstanding customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be tech savvy and must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Communicate with customers and clients.
- Onboard customers on the BizFlow platform.
- Escalate technical issues to the development team.
- Follow up on customers to ensure their experience using BizFlow is seamless.
- Attend to and ensure customer complaints with regards to BizFlow are resolved in the shortest possible time.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and oral).
- Excellent people management.
- Ability to remain calm under customer pressure.
- Must be proficient in word document.
