Job Title: Site Engineer

Overview
- We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee and manage our existing site and liaise with the head of department.
Job Description
- Supervise the project for smooth running of ongoing construction on the site according to specifications of the project as directed
- Ensure permits and licenses from appropriate authorities are processed and collected.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Give detailed weekly report on activities going on all sites across the country
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology (Second class Upper) from a reputable University.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must have had 2-5 years post NYSC Experience, leading and managing sales/marketing teams.
- Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.
