Job Title: Service Assurance Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
- Our client is urgently seeking to employ the services of an experienced individual who will be responsible for ensuring customer experience & outcomes are top-notch and achieved.
- First Degree in Computer Science, Social Science or any related field. (M.Sc. is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years experience handling the Service Assurance, Customer Experience/Service, Relationship Management functions of a reputable service-oriented company.
- Prior experience working with a company in the IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record handling all daily service management or performance issues for customers and ensuring the company’s services meet the customers’ goals.
- Prior experience assisting with complex customer escalations to bring fair/final resolution.
- Must possess good stakeholder & relationship management skills in order to meet or possibly exceed customer expectation thus enhancing their experiences.
- Demonstrated ability developing, implementing, and managing SLAs for assigned services and ensure delivery of service to agreed levels.
