Job Description / Summary
- The Secretary/ Executive or Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives.
- Your duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements, acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 10 years of cognate work experience in a well-established organization
- Experience in the Management of busy Executive person
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Must be well experienced in corporate communication, strong organizational skills
- Must be travel-ready.
- Must be able to work under intense pressure and deliver on tasks, manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner, manage executives’ calendars, and set up meetings.
N2,500,000 gross annual package
