Job Title: Sales and Service Assurance Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- developing & maintaining both new & old business/sales opportunities to boost the company’s revenue & profitability and ensuring customer experience & outcomes are top-notch and achieved.
- First degree in Computer Science, Social Science, or any related field. (M.Sc. is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years experience handling the Sales, Customer Experience/Service, Relationship Management functions of a reputable service-oriented company (prior experience working with a company in the IT industry will be an added advantage).
- Proven track record handling all daily service management or performance issues for customers and ensuring the company’s services meet the customers’ goals.
- Prior experience preparing business proposals, presentations & documents.
- Must Possess good stakeholder & relationship management skills in order to meet or possibly exceed customer expectations thus enhancing their experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implementing, and managing SLAs for assigned services and ensure delivery of service to agreed levels.
