Job Title: Project Coordinator

Specific Requirements
- B.Arch / M.Sc in Architecture with a minimum of 7 years experience on the job.
- Registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) is an added advantage.
- Registered member of Architects Registration Council of Nigerian (ARCON) is an added advantage.
- Strong design skills.
Requirements:
- AutoCAD/Revit/3-D application.
- Computer literacy.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suit programs including Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Telecoms building systems and basic specifications.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and policies necessary in the design process.
- Knowledge of contract documents and procedure.
- Must be HSE Certified.
- Should Have Advanced project management training certification
