Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Bida, Niger

Responsibilities

  • Report to the General manager.
  • Cordinate all the activities of all the organization subsidiaries
  • Design hiring plans for all departments in the organization.
  • Perform all HR functions of the organization.
  • Coordinate and control all employee related issues for all subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • B.Sc., MSc. in Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
  • HR Certification will be an added advantage Certification in HR course will be an added advantage
  • At least 5 years working experience as HR
  • Must reside in Bida, Niger State or ready to relocate
  • Must have a knowledge of HR Softwares.
  • Must know how to put the orgsanisation payroll in order.
