Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above in Business Administration, Human Resource or any related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Membership of a professional body / certifications will be added advantage.

Required Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively write and carry out a recruitment plans from start to finish
  • Ability to screen and review all Resumes/CVs, cover letters and applications within a given time frame.
  • Ability to identify and attract the right candidates for the organization.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and execute a successful interview process.
  • Ability to devise a training strategy for the organisation
  • Ability to design training programs based on training needs and development.
  • Ability to design training and development programmes.
  • Ability to develop effective induction programmes for new hires.
  • Ability to design an appraising system from scratch and conduct appraisals within the stipulated time frame.
