- Bachelor’s Degree and above in Business Administration, Human Resource or any related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Membership of a professional body / certifications will be added advantage.
- Ability to effectively write and carry out a recruitment plans from start to finish
- Ability to screen and review all Resumes/CVs, cover letters and applications within a given time frame.
- Ability to identify and attract the right candidates for the organization.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and execute a successful interview process.
- Ability to devise a training strategy for the organisation
- Ability to design training programs based on training needs and development.
- Ability to design training and development programmes.
- Ability to develop effective induction programmes for new hires.
- Ability to design an appraising system from scratch and conduct appraisals within the stipulated time frame.
