Responsibilities
Interested applicant must be highly skilled in:
- Recruitment and selection of excellent staffs,
- Training, mentoring, counsel ling, and coaching of staffs.
- Using professional skill to mediate and resolve conflicts.
- Developing and driving various policies to enhance staff performance and ensure teamwork are optimized.
- Carrying out staff performance measurement using various tools.
- Creating clear and concise reports to management at all time.
- Resolving conflicts through position and professional mediation.
- Handling workplace Investigation, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Sound professional skill in Microsoft office such as words and Excel.
Qualifications
Interested applicant must be:
- A HND / BSc holder in Human Resource Management MSc/MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
- And must be computer literate with excellent HR skills.
Experience:
- 3- 5 years Experience as a Human Resource Executive.
Salary Range
N580,000 – N600,000 per annum.
