Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
- Candidate must be able to assist customers with complaints and questions
- Minimum qualification of HND or BSc in Mass Communication or relevant field
- Must have at least two years’ experience in a reputable organization
- Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customer at all times
- Must be able to respond promptly to customers inquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
