Job Title: Contact Center Agent
Location: Lekki Admiralty Way, Lagos

Essential Job Functions
- Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Send all order received to the outlets for processing and ensure it is fulfilled to the last point.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to service problems.
- Providing customers with the necessary service and product information.
- Processing orders, and treating enquiries requested by the customers.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the Supervisor or line Manager immediately.
- Ensure all customer data are rightly entered and saved into the system and also regular update on customer information when necessary.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 3 years work experience.
