Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to help us build and grow a solid marketing team with a focus on growth hacking, sales, and business support.
  • We need someone with deep experience in 360 degrees Digital Marketing and has experience growing SaaS products in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • You will work directly with the C.E.O consulting on strategic planning, market positioning and enhance the operation of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
  • Set up a system that generates leads through different channels such as LinkedIn
  • Organise meetings and discuss business with corporate clients
  • Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • Work with other team members to review and draw up client contracts
  • Must have a good understanding of our businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Build the sales team by employing more employees or freelancers to carry out work required to scale the business
  • Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
  • Spearhead and discuss promotional strategy and activities from time to time
  • Seek ways of improving the way our business operates
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in our industry.
  • Help to plan sales campaigns
  • Create a sales pipeline.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings directly to the C.E.O.
