Job Summary
- A law practice with office at Lekki requires the services of a legal Associate in Abuja
- Employment of an Associate with 3 to 5 years’ post-call experience with a sound understanding of corporate and property law and litigation.
Requirements
- Strong corporate/commercial law skills.
- Interested candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Sound understanding of contract drafting, compliance, franchising, mergers and acquisitions and CAC services
- Well versed in property law in Lagos State and other key states in Nigeria
- Experienced civil litigator
- Conversant with criminal litigation
- Skilled in arbitration
- Extremely detail oriented
- Team player
- Ability to work independently and give daily updates via an APP
- Tech Savvy.
