HR-on-Wheels – Our client, an interior and exterior Design Firm with expertise in residential, commercial, retail and hotel projects based in Lekki Phase I, Lagos State, is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Greet and direct visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
  • Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc
  • 1+ years’ work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Fast learner
  • Proximity to Lekki Phase I.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
