Responsibilities
- Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Greet and direct visitors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
- Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc
- 1+ years’ work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Fast learner
- Proximity to Lekki Phase I.
