- Execute tally clerical functions to the accounts and sales departments. Check, verify and tally the correctness of merchandise as against invoice documents.
- Making entries of Stock/ Purchase/ Inventory.
- Daily MIS report, Having Complete Knowledge of Tally Software. (Invoicing, Stock Transfer, Waybill, etc.)
- Data Entry
- MIS reporting on a daily basis, debtors & supplier’s reconciliations. – Banking & reconciliations
- Preparing & updating monthly accounting data & daily sales file – Preparation of special report & daily sales report
- Cost centre report & management accounts
- Vendor payments & purchase entries
- Manage entire receivable, payables, accounting & balance sheet
- MIS reports (Internal & External)
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-8 years work experience
- Must be efficient in using Tally
- Dynamic Personality, Command over Verbal & Written Skills
- Must know Tally and MS- Office. Should be able to multi-task.
- Should be able to work on Tally
- Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
- A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
