B’quins Solution Limited – We are a full service business majoring in outsourcing, call center (inbound and outbound call center services) data entry and processing services, e-payment solution, third parties, recruitment and training, procurement of call centre equipment (servers, headset, system, and call centre application), bulk SMS, back office outsourcing services and business process outsourcing services as per client requirements.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain current client relationships and identify potential new clients for the company.
  • Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
  • Market and close sales on behalf of the company
  • Develop new sales strategies and improve sales through various methods
  • Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
  • Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
  • Recruit, train and manage new consultants.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products and services
  • Create innovative new ways to serve businesses

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in related field.

  • Good sales skills and Marketing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Exceptional research skills, strategy skills and good business intelligence.
  • Excellent negotiation, office administrative and project management skills.
  • Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
