We are the Authentic Nigeria Football & Allied Sports Supporters club, supporting our national teams for decades. We’re looking for a Secretary to join our team in Lagos. It’s a full-time position where you’ll provide administrative support, manage travel arrangements, assist in meetings, and handle office management tasks.

Job Description:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and official letters.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in preparing and managing office budgets and expenses.

Travel Arrangements:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.

Meeting Support:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Take meeting minutes, transcribe, and distribute them to relevant parties.

Office Management:

  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Handle general office maintenance and liaise with building management when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc/HND in Business administration.
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
